Our home inspections are through. Each inspection takes at least three hours, but our detailed report takes even longer to prepare. Each home inspection checks over 350 items. Our reports include a summary of the marginal items and defective items, and an embedded digital picture of the defective areas along with a suggested or recommended resolution. Our goal is to deliver our inspection report by eMail within 36-48 hours of the completion of our inspection.
